PUBLIC NOTICE No. 22 (RE-2002)/2002-2007
NEW DELHI, the 9th July,2002
Attention is invited to the entry at Code No. 0703(a) in Table B of Schedule 2 in the book titled “ ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007”.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade has decided to make following amendments in conditions for export of onions released as mentioned below:-
The unutilized balance quantity of onions released under quota to specified STEs vide Notification No. 50 (RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated 22.3.2002 and Public Notice No.7 (RE-2002)/2002-2007 dated 12.4.2002 may be allowed for shipment for export upto 31st March, 2003.
