NOTIFICATION NO. 52 (RE-06)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED THE 7TH MARCH, 2007

S.O.(E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby substitutes the Notification No.48(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 20.02.2007 by the following:

The prohibition shall not apply to export of kabuli chana (as is known by different names in different parts of the country).”

The above is inserted in paragraph 3 of Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006.
