S.O. 1047(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs ( Department of Company Affairs) S.O. 1280(E) dated the 28th December, 2001, namely:-
In the said Notification, for serial Nos. 1,2,3,4,5 and 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:
1. Secretary, Department of Company Affairs….. Chairman
2. Additional Secretary and Financial adviser, Department of Company Affairs………. Member
3 Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai… Member
4. Executive Director, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Mumbai …….. Member
5. Vice-Chairman, Company Law Board ……. Member
13. Joint Secretary, Department of Company Affairs …. Member
