Limited Liability Partnership (Second Amendment) Rules, 2012 – amendment in form no. 11 – annual return of LLP
NOTIFICATION [F. NO. 1/11/2012-CL V], DATED 14-9-2012
GSR 692(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Second Amendment) Rules, 2012.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 16th September, 2012.
2. In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, in LLP Form No. 11, in the serial number 12, for item (vii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
“(vii) Companies Incorporated outside India or Companies registered in Sikkim
