G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the power conferred by section 642 read with Sub-section (2) of section 637A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Company Law Board (Fees on Application and Petitions) Rules, 1991, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Company Law Board (Fees on Application and Petitions) (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from 12th August, 2012.

2. In Company Law Board (Fees on Application and Petitions) Rules, 1991, in the Schedule, serial numbers 1, 2, 3, 13, 18 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

    is there any fees required to be submitted to the company law board along with the reply to the petition ? if yes, what is the required amount ?
