Technical Expectations:
Has Worked on internal audit / risk assessment engagements during articleship / post qualification period.
Should have worked on Internal Financial Control engagements.
Should have an understanding of the risks and control environment of major business cycles such as P2P, O2C, Finance, R2R, compliance etc.
They shall be responsible for leading /executing on-field audit / IFC engagements including preparing reports for review of engagement leads.
Should be able to monitor on-field performance of articles / interns working under them.
Should be able to chart out audit field work plan and ensure timely completion of audit and submission of deliverables/reports within planned time.
Should have strong communication skills to hold discussions with process owners / client management.
Should be reasonably capable to articulate the issue, identify risk and suggest improvement measures
