Notification No. 22/2000-Customs

In exercise of the powers conterred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds following notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely:-

(1) notification No. 53/96-Customs, dated the 23^rd July, 1996, published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 331 (E), dated the 23^rd July, 1996; and

(2) notification No. 20/99-Customs, dated the 28^th February, 1999, published in the Official Gazette number G.S.R. 156(E), dated the 28^th February, 1999.
