Amendments in Notification No. 136/90-Customs, Dated 20.03.1990

Notification No. 33/2004-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 136/90-Customs, dated the 20^th March, 1990, namely:-

  In the said notification, in the Table, in column (2), for the figures, “50%” occurring in both the places, the figures “40%” shall be substituted.
