In continuation of notification No. 521 (F. No. 203/12/73-ITA. II), dated 14th December, 1973, it is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of Income-tax Act, 1961, for a further period of three years with effect from 1st April, 1975.
