In pursuance of clause (d) of section 280Y of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), of the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue & Insurance) No. S.O. 3419, dated the 22nd September, 1967 [published at pages 1585-1586 of Part II, Section 3– Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 22nd September, 1967], namely :–
