In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4 of the Income-tax (Certificate Proceedings) Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Income-tax, Rajasthan, Jaipur, as a Tax Recovery Commissioner.
This notification contains amendments to Income-tax Rules carried out on 25th July, 1967 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the rules itself
