Notification No. 130/2011-Customs

New Delhi, dated the 30th December, 2011

G.S.R. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby amends notification no. 119/2010-Customs, dated 19th November, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, subsection (i), vide number G.S.R. 919 (E) dated 19th November, 2010, in so far as it relates to the imposition of anti-dumping duty and as such, revokes the duty imposed on imports of the subject goods originating in or exported from Saudi Arabia, and for that purpose amends the Table to the said notification, in the manner given below, namely;-

In the Table to the said notification, serial numbers 5 to 13 (both inclusive) and the entries relating thereto, shall be omitted with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
