Tube Investments of India Limited’s Board of Directors convened on 5th November 2026 to deliberate on key financial and operational matters. The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending 30th September 2026. The results, prepared in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations, were reviewed by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP. The auditors confirmed the financial statements were free from material misstatements, adhering to Indian Accounting Standards.

The financial results revealed a robust performance, with revenue from operations amounting to ₹2,710.49 crore for the quarter, marking a significant increase from the previous quarter’s ₹2,166.20 crore. The half-year revenue stood at ₹5,075.69 crore, reflecting a strong upward trajectory compared to the corresponding period last year. The company also reported a total income of ₹2,741.04 crore for the quarter, bolstered by other income sources amounting to ₹30.55 crore.

In addition to financial disclosures, the board sanctioned a capital expenditure proposal of up to ₹83 crore aimed at augmenting the capacity of its Cold Rolled Steel Strips (CRSS) manufacturing facility in Avadi. This strategic investment, primarily funded through internal accruals, is anticipated to cater to the rising demand and is projected for completion in the fiscal year 2027-28. The precise increase in manufacturing capacity remains indeterminate at this stage due to varying product mixes.

Market analysts view Tube Investments’ financial performance and strategic capacity expansion as indicative of its proactive approach to leveraging growth opportunities. The company’s focus on enhancing operational capabilities aligns with industry trends, suggesting a positive outlook for stakeholders and investors.
