Manish Nuwal, Managing Director and CEO of SIIL, expressed satisfaction with the company’s robust performance, attributing it to the resilience of its business model and strategic investments. The Domestic Explosives segment benefited from strong demand in mining and infrastructure, while the International Explosives business capitalised on deeper customer relationships and market penetration. The Defence sector saw growth through the execution of existing orders and the development of indigenous products.
Analysts view SIIL’s performance as a testament to its strategic positioning in the explosives and defence sectors. The company’s expanding manufacturing footprint and technology-driven product development are expected to sustain its growth trajectory. With a strong order book and ongoing market opportunities, SIIL is poised to exceed its annual guidance for FY2026-27, reinforcing its status as a leader in the global explosives and defence markets.
