The State sought leave to challenge the judgment dated 05.06.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, which had acquitted the accused, a Gramsevak, of offences under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
