Notification No. S.O.1347-Income Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies “Indian Meteorological Society, New Delhi”, for the purpose of the said section for the period covered by the assessment years 1982-83 to 1984-85.
Notification No. S.O.1346-Income Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies “Indian Council for Child Welfare, New Delhi” for the purpose of the said section for the period covered by the assessment years 1983-84 to 1985-86.
Notification No. S.O.1334-Income Tax It is hereby notified for general information that the approval granted to the Madras Institute of Technology, Madras, under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 2065 (F. No. 203/128/77/ITA. II), dated 7-12-1977 is hereby withdrawn with effect from 10-2-1984.
