The last attempt to appear in Final and Intermediate (IPC) old courses examination has been extended to November, 2021 for all the students of these courses (irrespective of their opting out of May 2021 examination cycle or not).
This is to bring to the attention of the students that Companies (Auditor’s Report) Order, 2016 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs would be applicable for the IPCC (Opted out), Intermediate, Final (Old – Opted out ) and Final (New) examinations to be held in November 2021s.
In view of ongoing strict lockdown and accompanying restrictions in Nepal, it has been decided that July 2021 examinations for the Final [Old as well as New Scheme], Intermediate (IPC) and Intermediate scheduled from 5th to 20th July 2021 at all examination centres in Kathmandu (Nepal) only stands cancelled.
We have compiled a list of genuine reasons as to why the examination committee and the board of studies must consider an extension of attempts for Old course students, the reasons have been reproduced below in a point-wise manner:
An Examinee shall be entitled to exercise the option of opting out if he/she personally, or any of his/her family member (residing at the same premises), has suffered COVID-19 in the recent past i.e. on or after 15th April 2021 and the fact is so certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner,
