(i) In addition to the EDI ports, export of Basmati Rice will now be permitted through Land Custom Stations (LCS) on Indo-Bangladesh and Indo-Nepal border also, subject to registration of quantity with DGFT. M/s. Trans Border Safety Control Inspection Services LLC, USA was notified as Pre Shipment Inspection Agency vide Public Notice No. 34(RE: 2013)/2009-14 dated 29.10.2013. Deduction of State /Central Taxes collected from the customers while calculating foreign earnings for SFIS/SEIS Schemes- The State/ Central taxes payable by the Customer to Governments are collected from the Customer by the Service Provider on behalf of the Governments concerned. Hence, such taxes arc not earnings of the service provider, as per the above provisions.
