NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th August, 2020
G.S.R. 537(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 36 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993 namely:-
1. Short title and commencement:-
(1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Amendment Rules, 2020
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993, in rule 19, after the word “Second”, the words “and Fourth” may be inserted.
