All Agency Banks to remain open for public on March 31, 2019 (Sunday)
The Government of India has advised that all Pay and Account Offices will remain open on March 31, 2019 (Sunday) to facilitate government receipt and payment transactions. Accordingly, all Agency Banks are advised to keep all their branches dealing with government business open on March 31, 2019 (Sunday).
2. Banks shall give due publicity about availability of above banking services on this day.

We purchase material in the month of Dec’17 to 8th Jan’18 and exported whole material in the month of Jan’18, we filed our GSTR-3B for Dec’17 & Jan’18 with respective input. We claim the input refund for Jan’18 against export as At that time quarterly OR clubbing submission of RFD-01A was not enabled in the system; Now, your honor our refund is due in Dec’17 and we have not got any suitable solution from Grievance Protal ( our ticket No. GA190119000534B & SR 201903085292698,). We have talked with GST Help Desk (First Building-3rd Floor, Beleghata) they said to contact with our CTO. But when we communicate with our CTO he is also not getting any suitable solution.
Your honour , In this scenario kindly provide us the legitimate solution
