Submission of Form 3CA-3CD,3CB-3CD for AY 2021-22, AY 2020-21 is enabled on e-Filing portal www.incometax.gov.in.
Download and use only the latest Offline Utility available in the “Download” section under “Income-tax Forms” page on the portal. This version of the offline utility can be used for Tax Audits in cases not involving large number of records. The next version will have CSV import/upload to accommodate large number of records in various schedules of the Form.
The form is enabled for AY 2021-22 and AY 2020-21, prior years would be available shortly.
The JSON generated from the new utility has to be uploaded on the efiling portal.
Please ensure that the taxpayer has authorized you to submit the form before uploading the form.

3EB 3CD can not be filed as the server is not reachable..
The usual merry-go-round around a new utility has commenced. The offline 3CB-3CD utility appears to be a dud. Fill up the form, but it won’t create a usable JSON file. What a waste of time for professionals who are now expected to master intricacies of resolving JSON file errors. Why is this torture inflicted upon us ?? Why can’t the chaps get it right the first time ?

DOWNLOAD PREFILLED JASON FORM FROM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT LOGIN ID AND THEN FILL IN THAT JASON FILL IT WORKED FOR ME

INVALIED JSON FILE IS CREATING THROUGH THIS UTILITY. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR GENERATE JSON FILE INSTEAD OF DOWNLOAD JSON FILE
but when we try uploading json file generated through utility it shows the error that the file is invalid
