Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi Bench, has issued a partial reprieve to Rohit Goel, a Delhi-based trader of spices and dry fruits, in his appeal against the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (ACIT) for Assessment Year 2020-21.
