It is hereby notified for general information that the approval granted to National Dairy Development Board, Anand, under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) (Revenue Wing), New Delhi, Notification No. 1739 (F. No. 203/11/77–ITA. II) dated April 30, 1977, read with Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 1910 dated July 29, 1977, is hereby restricted upto March 31, 1986.
