In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Explanation 1 to sub-section (1) of section 54E of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 3–year Industrial Development Bank of India Capital Bonds issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India, for the purposes of the said clause.
