In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Direct Taxes), number S.O. 44(E), dated the 15th January, 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th January, 2007 at page 3, in column 2, in line 2,-
for “sub-rule” read “clause”.
