In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (viic) of clause (10C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central government hereby specifies the “Action for Food Production (AFPRO), 25/ 1A, Institutional Area, Pankha Road, ‘D’ Block, New Delhi-110 058”, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860), for the purpose of the said clause.
