In a move aimed to further improve taxpayer services in alignment with the Taxpayers’ Charter, the Income Tax Department creates dedicated e-mail ids for registering grievances in respect of pending cases under the Faceless Scheme.
Grievances can be furnished as under:

What is the timeline given by CBDT to the Income-tax authorities of ReFACs to resolve the cases pending before 31.03.2022?
The Faceless Assessment under Income-tax has transferred my case to AO.
Can they also give an email address for raising issues on new IT Portal. The grievance reported there never gets solved.
