S.O. 1768 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 115 of the Finance Act, 2013 (17 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of July, 2013 as the date on which Chapter VII of the said Act shall come into force.
