CBDT has vide its order dated 11.01.2021 decided that it will not further extend due date of Tax Audit and ITR Filing. In its order it has given a Table in which it listed out extension given by Other countries but data provided in respect of Singapore and Brazil were having some discrepancies which are been rectified with this Corrigendum and also it added source of such information.

There was no need for CBDT to give data of Singapore, Brazil and other countries. Conditions of no two countries can be same. Order of CBDT is ridiculous and deserves numerous corrigendums
at one point Govt has not done the session due to panedemic and on the other hand telling to file all returns in time.. in india we have lots of returns like TDS, monthly GST, GST Audit, IT Returns.. all bearing time bound.. Like in Mumbai.. the lifeline local trains are still not opened for local people, there is a time of 2-3 hours to reach by bus or other options. How the CA are working, the CBDT is unable to understand.
