Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 120A of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, on the recommendations of the Council, and in super session of Order No. 08/2017-MGST dated 28th October, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such super session, the period for submitting the declaration in FORM GST IRAN-1 is extended till 27th December, 2017.
