NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Delhi Entertainments and Betting Tax Act.1996 (Delhi Act No.8 of 1997), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Delhi Entertainments and Betting Tax Rules, 1997, namely
| Short title and | 1. | (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Entertainments and Betting Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2015.(2) They shall come into force with effect from 20th July, 2015. |
| Amendment of Rule 40 | 2. | In the Delhi Entertainments and Betting Tax Rules, 1997, -(1) in rule 40, for the figure “15” the figure “20” shall be substituted
(2) in rule 47, for the figure “10” the figure “20” shall be substituted. |
