It Further issued Notifications dated 23.01.2018. Out of 9 Notification 8 are CGST Notifications and 1 is IGST Notification. Out of 8 CGST Notifications 5 are related to reduction in Penalty for late filing of Form GSTR1 , Form GSTR5 , Form GSTR5A and Form GSTR6, One notification specifies ewaybillgst.gov.in as GST Portal for furnishing e-way bill, One Notification of CGST and IGST is for cross-empowerment of State tax officers for processing & grant of GST refund and One notification is for Notifying Central Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
