    I Purchase plot on 1998, and got housing loan for construction in Indian bank, and settled. After 7 years Indian bank authorised officer pasted pocession notice in constructed houses, and unconstructed plots issued action cum sale notice, bankers states mr Ramesh sole prop of Kamachi contruction he failed to repay of loan, he made deposit of title deed along with other properties in various places, deposit of title deeds not registered before 2005. so said we have rights to sell this property. Deposit of title deed is not registered in register office. what is the remedy for bonafide purchases.
