No. IFSCA/2020-21/NICCL/245.—The International Financial Services Centres Authority, having considered the application for grant of recognition under Regulation 12 of the International Financial Service Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021 by NSE IFSC Clearing Corporation Limited, Unit No. 1202, Brigade International Financial Centre, 12th Floor, Building No. 14-A, Block 14, Zone-1, GIFT SEZ, Gandhinagar, Gujarat- 382355, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest to do so, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 and section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, recognition to said Clearing Corporation for one year, commencing on the 29th day of May 2022 to 28th day of May 2023 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter:

  • The Clearing Corporation shall comply with conditions as specified by IFSCA from time to time.

No. IFSCA/2020-21/NSE-IFSC/262.—The International Financial Services Centres Authority, having considered the application for grant of recognition under Regulation 12 of the International Financial Service Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021 by NSE IFSC Limited, Unit No. 1201, Brigade International Financial Centre, 12th Floor, Building No. 14-A, Block 14, Zone-1, GIFT SEZ, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382355, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest to do so, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 read with section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to said Exchange for one year, commencing on the 29th day of May 2022 to 28th day of May 2023 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter:

  • The Exchange shall comply with conditions as specified by IFSCA from time to time.
