Notification No. 7 /2001- Central Excise

        In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, namely:-

1. notification No. 41/98-Central Excise (N. T.), dated the 10th December, 1998, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 729 (E), dated the 10th December, 1998 as last amended by notification No. 13/2000-Central Excise (N. T.), dated the 1st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 205 (E), dated the 1st March, 2000;

1.notification No. 14/2000-Central Excise (N. T.), dated the 1st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 206 (E), dated the 1st March, 2000 as amended by notification No. 26/2000-Central Excise (N. T.), dated the 31st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 297(E), dated the 31st March, 2000; and

1.notification No. 19/2000-Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 197 (E), dated the 1st March, 2000 as amended by notification No. 28/2000-Central Excise, dated the 31st March, 2000, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 288(E), dated the 31st March, 2000.
