Notification No. 28/2001-Central Excise (N.T.)
Interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 7/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 2001, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2,-

(i) |
in sub-paragraph (i), in item (b), for the figures and words “40 per cent. of the aggregate”, the figures and words “45 per cent. of the aggregate” shall be substituted; and |

(ii) |
in sub-paragraph (ii), in item (b), for the figures and words “45 per cent. of the aggregate”, the figures and words “50 per cent. of the aggregate” shall be substituted. |
