In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I (RE-2007).
The following shall be added at the end of paragraph 5.7.4
“Additional Export Obligation (over and above indicated average) for all previous EPCG licences, which have not been redeemed, will be indicated separately.”
This issues in Public interest.
