In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-209, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Hand Book of Procedures, Vol-I:

1. In Appendix 4C , under the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non-Preferential, under DELHI, Serial No.11 Delhi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, A-8, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110028, shall be substituted by the following:
