 S.O. (E) :  In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) :

In paragraphs 4.69,  4.76.1,  4.77.2,  4.78.1,  120 days is amended to read as 180 days.

This issues in the public interest.
