PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 40 (RE-2006) /2004-2009

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
In Appendix – 37A giving the list of export items allowed benefits under Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana, Sl.No.07A and sub Sl.No.1 to 11 there under shall be amended to include as under:-

In respect of export of above items made from 1.4.2004 to 31.3.2005, last date of filing of applications for grant of credit shall be 31.10.2006.
