NOTIFICATION NO. 29 (RE-2006)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED 9 August, 2006

S.O.(E)-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the Notification No.27(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 07.08.2006 to replace the addition made therein after Paragraph 3 of Notification No.18(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 04.07.2006 by the following :-

“The prohibition shall not apply to export of Sugar to Bhutan and Maldives.”
