PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 25 (RE-2005) /2004-2009

NEW DELHI DATED THE 11th. JULY, 2005

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):

1. Appendix-37A giving the details of items which qualify for export benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana and notified vide Public Notice No.4 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dt.27.4.2005 is re-notified as per Annexure to this Public Notice, to facilitate online filing of applications.

2. Note appearing in Appendix-37A giving details of list of export items allowed under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana which reads as under

Note: Items appearing as ‘Others’ at the 8 digit level in the ITC (HS) in the aforesaid Chapters shall not be eligible for any benefits under Para 3.8.2.”

is deleted.
