PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 25 (RE-2001)/1997-2002
NEW DELHI, THE 2nd July,2001
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11& 11.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31.03.2001) , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following amendment in Public Notice No. 19(RE-2001)/1997-2002 dt. 11.6.2001.
2. The Paragraph2 of the said Public Notice may be amended to read as follows:-
“This will be effective from Ist October, 2001.”
3. This issues in Public interest.
