Public Notice No. 23 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 20th June 2005, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), corrects the DEPB (Duty Entitlement Pass Book) rate for a specific product. The correction applies to the rate at Serial number 2 of Product Code 66, which was initially notified in Public Notice No. 12 on 26th May 2005. The DEPB rate is corrected to 5% (five percent). This change was made under the powers conferred by paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, and is issued in public interest to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for stakeholders involved in foreign trade.

NEW DELHI, dated : 20.06.2005

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in the Schedule of DEPB rates.

1. DEPB rate at Serial number 2 of the Product Code 66 as notified by the Public notice No. 12 Dated 26 May , 2005 is corrected to read as 5( Five) percent.

This issues in public interest.
