PUBLIC NOTICE No.121 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI : THE 29th FEBRUARY, 2008

Subject : – Validity of Export Licence / Authorisation.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) :

2. Sub Para (vi) of para 2.12 shall be amended to read as under : –

(vi) Export Licence / Authorisation 12 months

(However, EFC may decide to issue Export Authorisation for a longer duration in case of R&D studies based on recommendation of technical authority).

This issues in public interest.
