PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 119 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 24th December, 2008
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008).
1. The last two sentences of Para 3.23.10 are replaced as under:
“For SFIS of previous financial year, the last date shall be 30th June 2009. For SFIS for current financial year, the last date shall be 12 months from the end of application frequency period.”
