S.O (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy (RE2008):
In third sub para of Para 3.8.2 of FTP RE2008, the words ‘Flowers, Fruits and Vegetables’ are replaced by ‘Flowers, Fruits, Vegetables and Other Products’.
This issues in Public Interest.
