NOTIFICATION No. 7 (RE-2005)/2004-2009

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (issued on 01.09.2004):

1. In Para 3.7.2, the following shall be inserted as proviso, namely:

“However, it shall be necessary that the FOB value of exports (including the exports under Para 3.7.5 below) during the licensing year 2004-05 does not fall below the FOB value of exports (including the exports under Para 3.7.5 below) in the previous licensing year.”

This issues in Public interest.
