NOTIFICATION NO. 30 (RE-2005)/2004-2009

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No.28(RE-2004)/2004-2009 dated 7^th March, 2005:-

Para –2 of Notification No. 28(RE-2004)/2004-2009 dated 7^th March, 2005 will be amended to read as follows: –

“The condition stipulated in Column 5 against S.Nos.39 & 40 of Chapter 5 to Schedule 2 of the ‘ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items Ist September, 2004 – 31^st March,2009’ shall be relaxed upto 30^th November, 2005 to allow export of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar and Manufactured Articles of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar.”
