NOTIFICATION No. 30 (RE-2001) 1997-2002

NEW DELHI, the 13th September,2001

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraphs 1.3 and 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002(incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31 August, 1998) and as amended from time to time :-

In respect of Notification No. 20 (RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated the 27^th July, 2001, extending the shipment period for export of onions released vide Notification No.16(RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated 26^th June,2001 upto 31^st August,2001, it has been decided to further extend the shipment period for export of the unutilized balance quantity of onions out of the 50,000 M.T., released vide aforesaid Notification No.16, upto 30^th September,2001.
